All services are subject to availability and location coverage.
2. Bookings and Quotes
Quotes provided are based on the details shared by the client and may change if there are discrepancies in volume, distance, or additional services.
Bookings must be confirmed via call, email, or WhatsApp.
Advance payments (if applicable) are non-refundable if cancellations are made within 24 hours of the scheduled move.
3. Payments
Payments must be made in full as per the agreed quote before or on the day of the move.
Accepted modes of payment include UPI, bank transfer, cash, or verified digital wallets.
Late payments may incur additional service or holding charges.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your move at least 48 hours in advance at no extra cost.
Last-minute cancellations may attract a service charge depending on the resources allocated.
5. Liability and Insurance
While we take the utmost care in handling your belongings, Primepath Relocations is not liable for damage due to natural disasters, accidents, or force majeure events unless transit insurance is opted.
Insurance claims (if applicable) must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Clients must disclose fragile, valuable, or heavy items in advance.
Ensure availability at the pickup and drop location at the scheduled time.
Full payment must be completed to release goods at the delivery location.
7. Use of Website

Any misuse, unauthorized copying, or spam submissions may result in restricted access.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Gurugram, Haryana courts.
